I wasn't prepared to order a helmet online without trying it on, so finding and buying an uncommon size XXS helmet was never going to be easy in lockdown. But Suzy and her team went the extra mile to find a helmet to fit, then when the shop had to close, a helmet arrived by courier the following day.
