Sent an item back, took ages to acknowledge its return , then forgot to send my refund . Then ordered a jacket , took payment , nearly a week later I am now told it’s out of stock and if I want a refund instead of something else I’ll have to wait 7 days for a refund , come on Get Geared , that’s not playing ball
