Attentive staff, who spend proper time with you to ensure that you get exactly what you need. They are knowledgeable about the products they have in store, and what is available more widely. They are honest and sell with integrity - not out for the most expensive sale, but for the right sale.
Am now fully kitted out, and will revisit for any other bike needs I may have in future.
