I phoned the Leatherhead store to enquire about some Macna heated gear, the items were in stock so went to view and try on, Martin was really helpful even though he was in the middle of packaging items for dispatch to customers, he explained how the system worked and the best way to connect, nothing was too much trouble for him, excellent customer service.
