Any product questions I've had have been answered swiftly and thoroughly. I haven't had to use it yet, but their returns policy is more than fair. On top of this, they also have some of the best customer service I've experienced. They went out of their way to make sure I got some boots the next day: they didn't have to do it and I wasn't expecting it, but the fact that they did got me through some weekend motorcycle training without getting trenchfoot, which I'll always be grateful for.
