Brought the oxford hoodie 2.0, recieved before estimated delivery date with a hand written note saying they'd upgraded my delivery for free so id get the hoodie before the weekend! Very kind and thoughtful, the sweets sealed the deal too! Will definitely buy from them again! 🙂
