George was very polite friendly and patient when I went into the shop to buy a mesh jacket for the first time. He was able to explain the differences between the jackets I tried on which help me decide which one to buy. I’d recently scratched the visor on my helmet so took it in to see about getting a new one. George ordered me a replacement and offered to fit it with the new pin lock once it was delivered which I was grateful for.
