Martin and Krissy are delightful and very helpful without being pushy for a sale. This is a refreshing change, which my wife found made buying her helmet a pleasure. Thus, I have bought our two helmets and comms today, been given a helpful discount, and walked away happy. Hopefully we will not have to use the returns or refunds.
