Wonderful support from Linda at the beginning and then Billy who helped get everything finalised for my debt management plan. To say I'm relieved to finally be able to start living my life without the stress and worry of how I'm going to cover my bills is a huge understatement. Customer service was excellent, got through on the phone without having to wait, very easy to talk to, and made me feel comfortable throughout. I'm so glad I took this step or I'd still be lying awake at night with anxiety. Thanks Billy!
