“Highly recommended, the help they gave me was at all times first class. They know what they are doing, very professional, have great customer service. They guided me through this process every step of the way, always on hand to answer queries. “I am on my last year of IVA and I want to thank all the staff for all the support it was given through the years. I was scared in the beginning but it was the best thing I did. As a single mum it helped me and my family to deal with debt specially during Covid time. Thank you to all of you”

“I am now into the final year of my IVA and the end is in sight. Thanks to all the staff who have advised me and communicated regularly through the process. The worry and stress of debt was eased greatly from the very first contact and myself and the family can now look forward to the future. “Each member of the team I worked with was so kind, and helpful and they never once made me feel embarrassed at my situation. From Billy at the beginning of my journey who put me at ease, to Mark who took me through my options and made sure I was fully informed, to then Darren my insolvency practitioner who worked on my behalf. “I have spoken to Adam first he was very helpful he took all my details and put he put me through to Jessica she was so lovely and very helpful as well we spoke over one hour and she finished my application and sorted all my worries and she signed me for best plan. “I was so relieved that I contacted Get Help with Debt , as they pointed me in the right direction. Because I am only in receipt of benefits, and I fit the other criteria, my debts can be written off ! I was so relieved as my stress will be lifted. I have paperwork to complete, but it's nothing compared to having peace of mind. I spoke to Billy , he gave a clear explanation of things, then kindly put everything in an email for me . He really made my day , with the good news !”

“Your customer service was excellent, everything was explained thoroughly, the different options available. The three people I dealt with were Billy, Reece and Nadine, all of them explained what was available to me without any pressure. They were able to offer me a light at the end of the tunnel.”
