I was on the phone with Adam, he was very polite and helpful, he took all my details in a few minutes. He then got me an appointment with Billy who again was polite and helpful, he gave me options on how to clear my debts and made me feel really comfortable whilst I was on the phone with him. I’m extremely happy with the outcome!
