The phone feels and does look brand new. The phone has performed really well and was definitely worth the purchase. The issue I have is that there is a small deep scratch in the top right of the phone by the camera it is small but noticeable. I would expect something like this by buying a second hand phone so it hasn't upset me about the purchase at all
