Great phone, works well. Ordering was easy and although delivery wasn't next day (but what is these days) it arrived quickly. Two issues: - Delivery person just rang the bell and left it on the step, not waiting. We live in a city centre. It was easy to steal. I'll probably buy from them again but will hesitate if its delivery and expensive. This doesn't happen with other delivery companies. - They charge extra for the phone brand's packaging. I got standard. Would be good if the standard package was paper or cardboard, not cellophane and foam. Otherwise, very happy!
