Iphone 8 Plus ordered for my wife as a gift. Phone was in perfect physical condition and delivered quickly . However the phone appeared to have a software issue when powered up and displayed fault with touch pad .Get Tech Support replied quickly when contacted and phone had to be returned. After about a week and several emails to Support I received a new phone in perfect condition and working order. Overall impression was very satisfactory service.
