Xmas gift ordered. Wouldn't charge was returned and replaced.
Same phone now faulty with no speaker etc.
Returned via their collection service, and no sign of phone.
Having to contact them every time and standard / auto responses.
Will not be using again.
Would be no stars if option was there.
