I ordered from this website about 2 years ago and LOVED it, for this reason I chose to buy a new phone from here too. I was disappointed with the service. I ordered an IPhone 11 pro Max IN GOLD, after 3 days my phone hadn’t arrived and I noticed my status was still “processing” I messaged someone on the website about this problem but got no answer, after a few hours I messaged again and found out the Gold was currently unavailable yet no one had told me until I contacted them TWICE. I settled for a black instead because i didn’t want to wait 2 weeks for the gold to be available. The next week I got an email confirming my phone was sent BUT instead of being sent with a courier like I requested it was sent with An Post. I love the phone but the service was horrible and disappointing.
