I live around the corner from the shop and they still wanted me to order online - which I did. So, instead immediate help I was without a phone for 4 days. It arrived with a non-fitting case which I tried on and as a result the cover screen broke. Additionally, the power-bank cable was dead, hence not chargeable. So back to the shop. They were apologetic and replaced all the items. Yet, I would have been happier to do all that at day ONE as there would have been no broken items and no waiting time.
