I sold two iphones to them. From start to finish, the process was smooth and trouble free. The prices offered are far superior to Apple for trade ins.
The customer service is superb and I called and spoke twice. Both times, The lady and the gentleman were very courteous, polite and professional. They send you emails to let you know exactly which stage of the process your phones have reached! I will definitely use them again.
I would recommend them without any hesitation whatsoever; you wont regret it!
