I bought a new iPhone X as a Christmas present. I placed my order a day after the Christmas cut off window and was worried that it wouldn't arrive on time to my house in Dublin before I left to go west for Christmas. I spoke to the customer service team who were very helpful team who were very helpful in letting me know what my options were (including switching the delivery address and routing the delivery through the DPD centre in Galway) and which one was best to ensure that I got the gift on time. Eventually thanks to the knowledge of the customer service team of the backlog in the centre in Galway, I kept with the original plan and waited for it to come to Dublin on the 23rd. Knowledgeable, friendly staff and an overall excellent customer service.
