I went on the chat with gettech and met a very helpful lady called Rachel.
She explained the functions of various samsung phones that I was interested in. I finally decided on the Samsung S9 which I am very pleased with.
I also bought an iPhone for my husband a few years back, there was a problem with it after about a year but thankfully it was replaced by gettech straight away.
I couldn't fault the service received!
