Was a little wary of using a company I'd never heard of before. And somewhat suspicious of so many positive reviews (as I know they can be bought!). But I have no hesitation in recommending them. Communication was great and they did everything they said they would. And the phone ... honestly if it wasn't for a couple of very small scratches on the side (which are covered with the protective case anyway) I wouldn't know it was pre-used. Will definitely be using again, and next time will have no reservations.
