I had an issue with slow delivery but Cal in customer service was so helpful and explained there was a problem processing the model of phone i wanted.
the phone arived and i had ordered good condition but it seemed like new apart from the battery health (83%)i also did not receive the free cover and screen protector but i have emailed customer service and hopefully that is sorted soon.
Overall i would order from gettech again because the phone is perfect and customer service is very easy to deal with.
