Phone arrived in good condition but took 28 days.
If the product isn’t available you shouldn’t take payment. I used humm as a method of payment that is provided on the get tech website, so i was unable to secure a seamless refund. I was really disappointed with my experience and also found the lack of clarity in the communication about the timeline of my delivery frustrating.
Although I have used get tech in the past I’m not sure I would use them again after this experience.
