My iPhone XR was in excellent condition even though it was bought as 'Fair'.
I was not clear if the purchase included a standard 3-pin UK + USB charger so I paid about 15 extra for a charger.
The package included the phone plus two chargers - a 3-pin UK + USB and a 'travel bundle' battery as well so am not sure which was free and which one I paid for but not complaining as both are useful :)
Delivery was under 48 hours !
Bought just over a month ago and no issues.
