I purchased an iPhone 11. The ringtone decreased in volume when I went to answer the phone. I rang Get Tech and they were unable to help. However I visited their base in Cork where a very courteous man went through all the possibilities and discovered it was just a phone setting. He also replaced the screen cover free of charge. I am very happy with this service
