I bought a phone through the website over a week ago, Thursday the 11 August. The money has left my account, not a small amount. Other than 2 automated emails confirming the purchase, I still have no indication of when the phone will be arriving. I expected that I would have it over a week ago. The only contact I have had with GetTeck was when I called them trying to find out what was going on. At that point a customer rep asked me if I would accept a different colour phone and different memory (from 256 to 128). This leads me to believe that GetTeck never had this phone to sell in the first place. The fact that this phone is still on your website for sale, same colour with 256G, worries me these guys are selling phones they don’t actually physically have. I’m hoping somebody will call me and explain what is going on and how they are going to fix this mess. Or give me a full refund straight away.
