When I first received my new phone I wasn't happy with it. I contacted the Cork shop who they were extremely helpful. I called in the next day to drop back my phone and two days later a replacement phone came in the post. On the day I dropped the phone back they did offer me a different colour to the one I wanted but I chose to wait. Only have it a week but so far the phone is perfect like new. Great customer service.
