Originally ordered with a UK company...after 11 days I had to cancel due to extremely poor service/communication. Placed my order with smart tech on Mon. , product arrived this morning (wed.)..fantastic communication by phone/email and online chat. Product was more expensive but well worth it for the security and peace of mind incl. 2 year warranty. Very happy with the product..excellent condition....screen immaculate, a few blemishes on the back, as described. Have not used it yet as is a present.
