I bought a refurbished iphone 6s from them back in August. Upon arrival it worked for two days before a screen malfunction rendered it useless. When I returned the item to GetTech, they refunded me the full cost of the phone within a week. Their customer service team is very polite and helpful. My experience of their product wasn't great, but my experience as a customer overall was excellent.
