A week ago I bought an iPhone8 Plus for my daughter from GetTech. I was nervous about buying a refurbished phone but couldn't afford a new one. I got a great price compared to other sites. The phone arrived within 2 days :-0 The pre-owned phone was in immaculate condition, however there was a buzz from the speaker. Without question GetTech were happy to take it back and it was an easy process to print off a label and send the package Freepost. Three days later I have a perfect replacement.
