1. Sent me the wrong charger for my phone but resolved this immediately at no extra hassle to me so no star reduction for that
2. I had to clean the dirt out from around the phone side buttons. Feel like this should be done more thoroughly in store. Star reduction for that.
3. Really great turnaround time on delivery I had my phone within 3 days of ordering.
