I have previously bought new iphones and was tied to lengthy contracts, afraid of what I would get if I bought 2nd hand/preowned. This phone I just received is pristine, immaculate, nobody would ever know, in it's own box, jelly case, screen protector and cable. I am very impressed to be honest, it's only new to us now, so fingers crossed the phone will stand the test of time.
