Returns Service is awful!!
I paid £5.50 using Royal Mail but the postage label still read the address of the REBOUND hub.?
So, 2 days to go to REBOUND arriving on 15th July ...6 days later it is still not with Get The Label?
The tracking system is not worth a jot and the email I got from Get The Label said to be "patient ".
I just wish I had read the reviews before I ordered.
I am surprised at KLARNA Bank doing business with them.
Never again. £11 spent on postage..
Rip off...
