“I returned an item that I did not like and paid for my postage I got the item back saying I was not getting a refund as the Adidas box had black tape on it which was already damaged on delivery. There is nothing in the returns policy that mentions the condition of the box it came in, only the items inside. Now going to Trading Standards to sort out- stay clear of this company!!”

“Ordered a dress for a wedding and cost was £100, had no idea it was coming from China. Very poor quality. I’m a size 10, the dress was an XL and still too small. £30 to return recorded and tracked by Royal Mail. Tracked and returned in April and 4 months later still not been refunded despite numerous emails there has been no reply and no way to complain. Please avoid using this company”

“They would sound real and smooth at first, after paying they always wanted me to pay more. When I suspected foul play I requested to get all my money back but they locked me out of my account. “Sent wrong size garment. Could not supply correct size so had to return. Return confirmed received 9 April. 11 April promised refund would be processed 14 April. Nothing received and when chased 15 April was told returns dept was “experiencing high volumes” and should get refund by 23 April. Agent then cut off live chat when politely queried reason for delay. Original order 29 Mar so out of funds nearly a month with no garment.”

“They delivered my items to the wrong address which I can’t understand because of bought loads from this company and never had a problem until this order and they are basically saying they would not replace or refund items so I am now £66 down. “Scam Alert!!! Can't even call them, they reply back via email with an unrelated answer, I ordered 4 items for next day delivery they charged me £10 for next delivery for all items, only received 1 item ? They put a note inside delivery bag saying other items will be dispatched from another warehouse ? Sounds dodgy to me. Now I don't know when il be receiving my items and ordered through clearpay, and paid 1 installment. Soon they'll be asking for second payment but I've only received 1 out of 4 items! Let's see if the other items even arrive.. needed all items for this week, what an inconvenience. What a rubbish company, rubbish customer service too. Only via email. What an absolute joke !”
