Was an initial confusion with delivery and then I ended calling this site a scam alert, but all my items were delivered within 3 days of ordering via next day delivery. Thanks ๐Ÿ‘

Scam Alert!!! Can't even call them, they reply back via email with an unrelated answer, I ordered 4 items for next day delivery they charged me ยฃ10 for next delivery for all items, only received 1 item ? They put a note inside delivery bag saying other items will be dispatched from another warehouse ? Sounds dodgy to me. Now I don't know when il be receiving my items and ordered through clearpay, and paid 1 installment. Soon they'll be asking for second payment but I've only received 1 out of 4 items! Let's see if the other items even arrive.. needed all items for this week, what an inconvenience. What a rubbish company, rubbish customer service too. Only via email. What an absolute joke !

Poor service. Customer Service takes ages to reply. Live chat is hardly ever open. They don't deliver your items and then outright all you a liar. They're a bunch of thieves!

I ordered trainers from this company. They were very poor quality (probably fakes) so I immediately returned them - I had to pay ยฃ4.50 to return. I attached the returns label to the box and posted via Royal Mail. A few days later they sent them back to me saying they would not accept because I had attached the returns label to the box and it was now "damaged". I am still trying to get my money back 5 weeks later. Please buy from somewhere reputable and not this disgraceful company.

Havenโ€™t received my item. Now Iโ€™m being ignored after being fobbed off for the last 2 weeks. Company is great when things go right. Downright awful customer service when things go wrong.

I ordered a pair of trainers through 'love the sales' the item received was faulty, scuffs on the side and marks on the shoes the shoes looked they had been returned from another customer and sent to me. I got in touch with love the sales who advised me the shoes were sent from get the label and they a responsible. The website states free returns for faulty items this was not the case ยฃ2.50 to return. A few days later the shoes had been returned back to me with a letter claiming that I was at fault for the faults on the item. The customer service has been shocking. Please be careful and if you have a faulty item please take pictures before returning them. You will need to prove them label is still attached etc. Once they take your money they wont give it you back.

Ordered an item, received shipping confirmation a couple days later, the DHL label was for a pckg delivered to GERMANY weeks before I made my purchase, the company is not responding to any emails. #USA

I ordered a pair of $150 boots. They said they were delivered on Jan 2; however, I never received them. I notified, with the info I was given, them, but they told me DHL send them a proof of delivery LETTER. No pics of where it was delivered, just a copy of the info they supposedly received from DHL. They then told me if I had Proof that they had not been delivered, to send it to them. How ridiculous is that! If they told them they had been delivered through a LETTER, and they accepted that as proof, how was I going to prove otherwise. Iโ€™m contacting a lawyer to see how to handle this SCAM!

Ordered a pair of mens Puma trainers only to receive a pair of womens sandals instead! Took a fair time to respond and I had to ask for free return postage. The trainers that I wanted have now sold out, so I'm not getting what I ordered but am having to go through the hassle of going to the Post Office at Christmas to return the incorrect order they sent. Offered an apology and nothing else. I pushed for some compensation and they only offered me 10% off my next purchase. Really feels like a kick in the teeth considering the poor customer service, hassle they've put me through and the fact that I'm not getting what I ordered. I'm assuming the refund will take ages too! My advice is stay well clear

Returned my item 8th sep , really expensive to return, I'd already paid delivery too. My issue is it's now the 21st and no contact from them regarding a refund, not even a generic email, 25.00 is a lot of money to be waiting for
