“I am really disappointed in your service bought a pair of trainers that was too small, and now being charged for the returns process this is very distasteful and very deceitful when ordering as nowhere in your advertising does it state that there is a charge for returns .This is shocking clearly away of just lining your pockets .I will never use your service again .”

“I had no trouble with returning my shoes - I took to my post office and it cost me £3.20 - maybe if the parcel had been much heavier it would have been more economical for me to use their Rebound service - but you don't have to”

“I ordered a Berghaus coat. It arrived as scheduled and is absolutely smashing. Much cheaper than elsewhere and personally I can't fault either Get the Label, the price, or the product. Recommended from my perspective and frankly I don't understand why so many negative comments. Maybe I've just been lucky for once.”
