I purchased a few clothing items from getthelabel.com on the 12th of July. In a week I had received my order and I was not happy with some of the clothes that had been delivered to me. On the 19th of July, I lodged a return which was to be processed by outbound returns, a company that get the label has partnered with to make returning goods 'easier'. After paying the amount for the returns I waited for rebound returns to contact me regarding the package, which didn't happen. I ended up contacting getthelabel and I was told that I could drop the parcel off at any post office for it to be sent back. I was promised a refund for the money I had paid for the services of rebound, which I still have not received. I went into the post office and was then told that they did not know of rebound and were not associated with them in any way. I contacted customer care again and the agent then told me I needed to pay for postage to ensure that the return gets back to them. I went into the post office and paid for the package to be sent to rebound on the 4th of August. While all this was happening, I forgot to put the return form in the bag and I contacted getthelabel with images of the package and receipt, and I was assured that my return would still be processed based on my invoice. Today, the 13th of August, I contacted customer services to follow up on my return and I was told that I sent the package to the wrong address. This is the point where I'm getting mad now. Last week I went as far as showing them an image of the package and no one bothered to mention that the address was wrong. I had an opportunity to stop the package as it had not yet been delivered. After all that I've been put through, getting incorrect information, having my time wasted and my money wasted, the agent had the nerve to tell me to get the parcel and send it to a different address. This happens to be the same agent who has been giving me all the incorrect information that led to this but will not take responsibility for his actions. I have experienced terrible service but this is the worst to date and I strongly advise against using the services of getthelabel as the customer is not their main focus. Getthelabel is all about profits and will not take responsibility for their wrong doing, regardless of the losses that their actions can cause to customers. I'm starting to think that getthelabel is not interested in paying me my refund at all. Maybe all this is a ploy to make me give up on my refund even though the clothes are now with rebound, a company contracted by them. Only getthelabel would know.

Purchased a pair of Boots from Get The Label via Groupon deal. Unfortunately the Boots were too small and I have attempted to go through their returns policy. On their website it states that you can arrange for Collect Plus drop off at cost of £2.50. This seems to be at odds with the url on the invoice which sends you through to a company called Rebound. This allows you to use either Royal Mail at cost of £5.25 or UPS at a cost of £6.10. Really think this is absolutely atrocious charges. Decided to keep the Boots and drop them off at a Charity shop. States on their website that 92% of goods never get returned - Wonder why?? Will never purchase anything from these people again. Buyer Beware.

Horrible customer-NO-service. Sent faulty item promised me a free return label, waited weeks they ain’t done Sh** They don’t answer phone, emails or twitter. When I finally got hold of them they phone they hung up on me. Rubbish site, can’t even log in. Absolutely nonsense. I will never buy from them again.

Horrible experience. Tried to return the dress that wasn’t anything like it was supposed to be and the measurements wrong. They sent me a label and I went to return and it was going to cost me $200 to return. Such a scam! Do not use!!!!

I wish I read those reviews before ordering. Rubbish customer service. No clear about return fee - had to pay £6!!! It’s a joke! Will never order again!

I ordered a pair of Boys Adidas X Ghosted 3 laceless turf boots for my 8 year old son to replace his well worn and well loved Adidas Nemeziz where the sole had finally come away from the shoe and I needed laceless so he would be able to change his shoes himself and I was unable to find his size again anywhere on the internet for the Nemeziz (13.5). While we waited for delivery he'd told all his U8 football teammates about his new boots he was getting for the next match. Unfortunately when they came I was unable to spread the elasticated top enough to get his foot in despite using considerable force. It was obvious he was never going to get them on despite them being the same length as his previous boots. A very gutted boy (I told my team mates etc) but they had to be returned. IMAGINE MY SURPRISE WHEN THEY WERE THEN RETURNED BACK TO ME WITH A LETTER STATING THEY WOULD NOT BE ACCEPTED BACK AS THE SOLES WERE DIRTY AND SHOWING SIGNS OF WEAR!!! I have obviously not got their forensic eye but if these boots were tried on and even touched the floor it was not by my son. I could not physically get them on his foot, I didn't even try the other boot

Sent back clothes, and was told that they received the package and refund was on its way 3-5days. I email about 3 weeks later asking where the refund was, as not in my bank. Month and a half later still no refund. Now I have to chase around trying to find out what’s happened and some women just tells me it’s been done. This is poor service and if they don’t sort it out I won’t be ordering anything again. Check your bank always after sending anything back to them!

I ordered a pair of $150 boots. They said they were delivered on Jan 2; however, I never received them. I notified, with the info I was given, them, but they told me DHL send them a proof of delivery LETTER. No pics of where it was delivered, just a copy of the info they supposedly received from DHL. They then told me if I had Proof that they had not been delivered, to send it to them. How ridiculous is that! If they told them they had been delivered through a LETTER, and they accepted that as proof, how was I going to prove otherwise. I’m contacting a lawyer to see how to handle this SCAM!

The label takes pictures from sites like Amazon and eBay, sells the exact same products and charges triple the price. Shipping takes a long time and in some cases wasn’t delivered! Avoid this site!!!

paid for next day delivery, 4 days later still waiting. tried to email customer services using the email address provided but it keeps bouncing back. then i looked at other people's reviews and i am wishing i never clicked to buy from this site.... i feel like i have been scammed but cabt speak to them as the customer service number is only open for 2 hours a day and i am working during those hours..... help needed

Avoid. I ordered a tracksuit. Got the top but no bottoms. Queried this then was told out of stock. So the company thinks it's OK to send half an order and charge full price. Then they expected me to return the top through the Royal Mail when I live in the south of Ireland. I will never use this company again.

Terrible customer service, paid 3.95 delivery then you have to pay another £6 to return the item. You don’t even get a refund for the original postage like other companies do. Would not order from here again. Also thought it was part of JD sport but turns out it isn’t. Avoid this retailer.

Expensive postage and even more expensive to return. even after trainers had blood stains inside where someone had tried on. Still waiting on refund. Ive just found out who owns this company so say no more. But wont be purchasing from.. jd , get the label, flannels, sports direct .

Wish I had read these reviews before purchasing. £5.25 - £6.10 to return an item, absolutely shocking, I will NEVER use these again. I've already paid £3.95 to have them delivered to me in the first place!! Disgusting

I had to pay postage for delivery and when I was returning the item ( as it didn’t fit I took it to a UPS collection point ( which should be free) I was told I would have to pay £6.50 !,Totally ridiculous! Postage mad
