I ordered a pair of trainers through 'love the sales' the item received was faulty, scuffs on the side and marks on the shoes the shoes looked they had been returned from another customer and sent to me. I got in touch with love the sales who advised me the shoes were sent from get the label and they a responsible. The website states free returns for faulty items this was not the case £2.50 to return. A few days later the shoes had been returned back to me with a letter claiming that I was at fault for the faults on the item. The customer service has been shocking. Please be careful and if you have a faulty item please take pictures before returning them. You will need to prove them label is still attached etc. Once they take your money they wont give it you back.
