The company ensured I was ordering the correct item before sending which was great.
Unfortunately there was a problem with delivery to wrong address but the company kept me updated and refunded me promptly (even though another customer had let them down with re-delivery of the item)
Felt like a more personalised service than dealing with a bigger company.
