Hello
The first razor head that I ordered from you lasted about 2 weeks and it fell apart.
I have ordered another from you on order27451H.
Can you please advise when this new order will arrive, and, in the meantime, I will send you a photo of what happened the last time I used it fell apart while I was shaving?
I would appreciate a credit. for the first order, or alternatively send the 2nd head "No Charge"
