Don't believe their story from their website and certainly don't engage with this company. Unfortunately i did and lost money because of it.
I received half my order and followed up by phone and email. No replies to multiple contacts and the phone always goes straight to message. Found personalised emails for Nick and Tamara... no reply from either.
So, I got ripped off, lesson learnt and back to the big box shops for my product.
Engage with this company at your peril.
