Unfortunately, my Medicare sign up was very difficult as I was mistakenly assigned the wrong start date. Fortunately, Ari and Thomas were there to provide guidance and moral support as I tried to get the problem fixed. I am not sure I would have succeeded without them. I wholeheartedly recommend them to others starting down the Medicare path.
