“Gabriel spend a great deal of time finding plans appropriate for each of us. Given our prescription needs, this was not easy, and we appreciate his interest, persistence and knowledge. Very positive experience and we feel we have made a great choice for next year's health plan.”

“Great experience working with Jonathan McKnight. I had quite a few calls with Jonathan over a period of a few months. I was armed with quite a bit of information about Medicare and a LOT of specific questions. Jonathan answered all of my questions in great detail and walked me through the whole process of enrolling in my medigap plan. He's very professional, articulate, respectful, and knowledgeable. Jonathan had great empathy and understanding going through this huge life decision. I highly recommend working with him. I hope I can continue to work with him going forward.”

“We are extremely happy with John Brooks' service and knowledge on Medicare. He provided direction and filled out our forms for the Medicare supplement plans and made certain that our start date for coverage was on time for our timeline. He provided step by step direction on what we needed to have completed for our next meeting. He made certain to explain the plans and listened to what our needs were and did not try to steer us into a plan that did not suit us. I highly recommend him for all your Medicare needs. “Met with Noreen today for a long and very helpful phone call as I was struggling to gain access to my Aetna policy. She was very knowledgeable and knew the ins and outs of my Aetna health plan. She worked tirelessly to get my account accessible from my home computer an event I have been working with Aetna to do with not much success. She fine-tuned my knowledge so that I could learn what was available and how to gain access. I have spent a number of stressful hours trying to figure it out and as last straw I called Chapter which I should have done earlier. My bad. As a side bar note when Regence and MultiCare had a falling out I contacted Chapter per a suggestion from MultiCare and with the help of Venus switched to Aetna which I am very thankful for her assistance.”

“This lady renee has got to be the most outstanding employee I’ve ever talked to. I had an arms length worth of issues that just kept piling up. Finally I was connected to Rene. She was just incredible. Some of the more tougher things that no one else could figure out she grab the bowl by the horns and got answers. Some may not be what I wanted, but still got the right answers was pleasant, experienced knowledgeable. I just can’t say enough. You need 1000 more of her thank you so much renee you made my life so much easier you made my blood pressure at least go back to normal again.”
