“Jonathan McKnight is of the highest quality advisor. He is a top-notch professional, knowledgeable, and transparent. I'm new to Medicare and attempted to make decisions independently, which resulted in feeling overwhelmed, frustrated, and stressed. Jonathan, guided me step-by-step on each plan. Impressive. After a great deal of time and thought, I was able to the right supplement and drug plan for me. Thank you, Jonathan, they are very fortunate to have you and I appreciate your time and guidance. “I was very pleasantly surprised with the process of purchasing a medicare supplement policy. Jonathan McKnight was extremely helpful and educated me the process of determining the policy which was right for me. He also informed me of the specific tax implications associated with my current HSA contributions which I was aware. I would highly recommend him to help guide you through this process. We probably talked for about 2 hours. I was very happy with the premium price he provided.”

“Our initial appointment was set-up, but the person was on vacation. Later in the day we received a call from Jonathan, he set up a call for December 26th. Due to an emergency visit to the ED, we had to cancel. He was accommodating, that he told me to call when ever we were available. We were able to connect with him later that day, and he did a phenomenal explaining Medicare A/B, the drug plan and gap coverage. We were happy with the process and would recommend Jonathan anytime. Medicare can be so confusing, I am an Doctorate prepared Nurse Executive, and had problem trying to understand and get my husband signed up. Jonathan, made it real easy, so when it is my time to signed up, I will be very informed. Thanks so much and would definitely recommend Johnathan and Chapter to anyone signing up with Medicare for the first, second or third time.”

“I'd been struggling for days to decide whether or not to continue my current Medigap coverage or go to an HMO Advantage plan. Jonathan took his time and clearly explained both programs' advantages and disadvantages. He helped me choose a plan that fits my needs and will save me over $70 a month, while still having the luxury to choose my physicians. We also discussed my prescription drug plan and how to get the most benefit out of it. I am super pleased with my decisions, Jonathan's expertise (super knowledgable!), and excellent, above-and-beyond customer service. I will recommend Chapter to anyone searching for advice on health insurance. Grazie mille Jonathan!”

“Jonathan was amazing! I was worried he was just going to give me a whole run around and all that good stuff but I was wrong. Jonathan was able to get it to where I don't have to pay anything. He figured out why I had to pay for the last year, and changed it. “Johnathan was so knowledgeable and kind. He listened intently to my requirements and checked all the right boxes. He was very kind and helpful. I was very glad that Chapter is not "bound" by a certain insurance company. That was important to me. I really felt like I was talking to a friend and not a salesman. I honestly felt like he cared that I got the best plan for me and my finances. I would highly recommend Chapter and Johnathan deserves a raise. Thank you Johnathan from the bottom of my heart. “Jonathan is worth his weight in gold! Right off the bat he helped me save hundreds of dollars by showing me how to appeal and avoid a Medicare penalty. Then he patiently explained “original Medicare” and the supplement option, which was the first time someone has taken the time to explain my options to me instead of just trying to sell me something. He guided me to a plan that feels like the perfect fit for me, and I’ll be calling Jonathan back to sign my wife up for the same plan next year. I told Jonathan I should have recorded our conversation so I could share it with anyone who needs to understand Medicare.
