Our initial appointment was set-up, but the person was on vacation. Later in the day we received a call from Jonathan, he set up a call for December 26th. Due to an emergency visit to the ED, we had to cancel. He was accommodating, that he told me to call when ever we were available. We were able to connect with him later that day, and he did a phenomenal explaining Medicare A/B, the drug plan and gap coverage. We were happy with the process and would recommend Jonathan anytime. Medicare can be so confusing, I am an Doctorate prepared Nurse Executive, and had problem trying to understand and get my husband signed up. Jonathan, made it real easy, so when it is my time to signed up, I will be very informed.
