“Spencer was an absolute joy to work this. He was knowledgeable and professional. His most important attributes are his compassion, empathy and patience. The skills are paramount in a success. These are paramount in establishing a healthy relationship with an insurance professional. I appreciate his thorough explanation of all of the benefit entitlements. He is the best part of Chapter. “Lindsey Klun was very patient with our redundant questions as he had to map out our options many times with the various carriers as we worked out the appropriate packing for the plans to fit our needs the best. During the 2nd zoom call and 70 minutes into our review with Lindsey we felt confident with him to allow him to our application with a carrier.”

“I learned about Chapter on the National Council on Aging web. Retirement and Medicare are some of the biggest decisions we'll make and can be overwhelming and confusing. I was planning to retire soon and have been gathering as much information as possible to help my husband and I make the right decision on Medicare. I called and Seth answered. He is polite, professional, and very knowledgeable, and patiently answered all my questions. He talked through the pros and cons of what I was thinking without pushing me towards a certain direction or decision.
