I could not be more satisfied about my experience working Chapter to help me through my initial Medicare application process. I consider myself a pretty smart guy, and I did not expect the process to be as complex as it was. Thanks to Chapter, I am confident that I made the best choices to fit my needs. My former employer offered a similar third-party Medicare advisor service and I had initially stated working with them. Once I started the relationship with Chapter I stopped working with the other company. Noah Wilson was the representative I worked with at Chapter and he could not have been better. He was SO knowledgable, pleasant, and patient! He made sure I understood everything - especially when he sensed that I was unsure about something. I was going to wish future Chapter clients that they get an opportunity to work with Noah, but in reading some of the otherv reviews, it seems that my experience was not unique and that most/all of the Chapter representatives are top-notch.
