I had the greatest time talking to Michael ! He was pleasant and and articulate and gave me a positive answer to every question I asked. He spent a huge amount of time to answer each question I had and waited for my phone to be repaired, for 3days. I really hated to turn down the plan he mapped out for me, and I may have made a big mistake for doing that, but only time will tell! I am grateful to him for all of his time that I used up.
