The representative, Douglas Hall, that I worked with was extremely patient and helpful. He endured all of my interruptions and answered every question (and boy did I have questions!). He was amazing. He never pushed a specific plan or provider he just asked me questions and answered all of my questions until we ended up with the Medigap plan that I chose. I've been trying to figure out Medicare since my unexpected layoff back in February and I've talked to so many companies that just wanted to push their product rather than answer my questions. Douglas was very courteous and kind. Chapter was a great resource for me.
