Michael Falcon called me today and despite the fact i was rude about getting yet Another Medicare phone call. he was persistent that i needed his assistance and i did. over the past months time i have been hounded by Medicare agents calling emailing and texting me. i need to tell you turning 65 has become a major PITA. Michael assisted me to insure that i found a policy that would provide me with coverage from the doctors i want to see along with insuring that my prescription meds are covered. he matched me with a company called Zing using An Elite Diabetes and Heart plan. He is an asset to your company and id have no problem recommending your company to my friends. Elizabeth McAdams.

I wasn't able to get in touch with anyone about signing up for a Medigap supplement plan. They seem like a good company but apparently hard to get in touch with.

Brooklyn Gates, Medicare Advisor, took the time to assist me with an advantage plan. There are many options and plans, so we discussed the options based on my needs. Long story short, my PPO advantage plan with Clover took effect on 1/1/2025 only to learn two of my five monthly medications are not covered! I have to pay full cost of $48.00 for those besides the copay and deductible on the others. I’ve tried contacting her and always to no avail. She got paid her commission and now I’m out! NOT RIGHT!

After more than 3 weeks and three different agents from Chapter and a lot of my own leg work, I finally got to a place where I will have coverage. Customer service seems good on front end but the delivery and expectations moving past the initial contact was horrible at best. The agents did not explain the processes beyond the initial call nor was there follow-up to make sure I had all the things required to get the policies secured. After two weeks I found out that my Medicare Supplement policy was being held up through no fault of my own. The underwriting agent didn't have his license to sell for the carrier he recommended, thus holding up the entire process. Once that was resolved I had to get the letter(s) of approval and premium costs from the carriers myself. Getting insurance should never be this difficult. If I need a agency to underwrite my policy(s) next open enrollment, it WILL NOT be Chapter

Lati has always been very helpful and pleasant when working out what is best for me. She is well informed and has been very prompt in responding, especially with the problems I was having trying to call Chapter to answer a question I had and being put on hold each time I called. I kept being told that it may be on hold up to 20 minutes and it exceeded that time multiple times. A very frustrating experience and why I reached out to Lati, and she was able to answer my question.

The appointment I had scheduled was completely missed; waited by the phone for some time after - zero. Had received a one-hour notice email, one hour prior to the scheduled appointment, which means they had the scheduled information. I then called the "800" provided and was put on hold with a wait time of 45 minutes. Someone did eventually call me, asking what I needed (she had zero knowledge of my appointment). She then very rudely asked me what I needed? She was rude, abrupt, and basically worthless. She came across like I was wasting her time, and she was a complete waist of my time. Did not answer anything and had very little to offer. Guess not what I expected and I will certainly never use this so called service again. Had been excited for days about this so-called consultation as I had many questions and need some solid advice. A joke!

I had an appointment. I filled out the online paperwork. I picked up the phone on the 4th ring; 5 seconds. End of call. I immediately called the main line and spent another half hour on the phone trying to get an appointment. The customer service person, Chris, did his best, but it's close to the deadline, so no dice. Thanks for wasting my time.

First person I talked to (K), was impatient, abrupt, talked over me when I tried to ask questions, and when I asked him to repeat things I didn't understand said maybe he should be talking to my husband. Maybe he was having a bad day. Or maybe he's in the wrong line of work. I called back and got Stephanie D. who was pleasant, patient, professional, and great to work with. I almost didn't call Chapter back after my first call, but I am so glad I did. I highly recommend Stephanie D. No stars to K. Five stars to Stephanie.

Stephanie D was very patient helpful and supportive of me. She sent me plans to look at and gave me time to review and think about each plan, she never pressured me for my decision on which plan I was thinking of taking.

Chapter advised me to switch to Aetna Medicare hmo. They explained the plan. The plan turned out to be nothing like what I was told. I believe I was misled. I’m stuck. I will report them to Medicare as misleading and fraudulent. They promised to help me switch back and they haven’t they promised to help fight all the denials and they haven’t. This is a for profit group profiteering off of you. Don’t make the same mistake.

Noah wrote my policy with United Health Care but instead of making it effective on the date I asked him to, and he agreed to, he made it a month earlier making my scheduled appointments for my eye care a nightmare. What a jerk!! Never use a broker! Buy directly from the company.

I paid for dental/vision benefits through UHC and they don’t cover denture cost, nor the devices to attach dentures. Last year I had the benefit and was given the $500 prepaid visa to use towards paying for dentures. Although it does not even cover half of the cost, it was a benefit for having the coverage since I would not be getting any mouth exams, or cleanings obviously! In 2024/2025: THEY BASICALLY HAVE RIPPED everyone whom continues coverage off. UHC IS NOT STATING THAT THE FLEX BENEFIT IS NO LONGER INCLUDED. Well, that is all I know, because when I call UHC and ask about it, UNITED HEALTHCARE HANGS UP OR NEVER CALLS BACK! What a RIP OFF!

New Chapter customer service is unbelievable and unprofessional!! The young lady who answers the main New Chapter customer service number, is a terrible representation and first impression for the company. Extremely rude! Although New Chapter has good products, customers need to realize there is zero customer service should you ever need help from the company.

I’m hoping to save other customers from the obvious lack of training of these “experts”. My representative had my medication list ahead of time. But the Advantage plan he recommended did not cover one of my medications- had I not checked the formulary myself I would have been $10,000 out of pocket next year. As a disabled widow this would risk my housing. When I pointed this out to my representative he said it was an error, then said Medicare didn’t cover the medication. I pointed out that my current plan covered it, he came back and said “they covered it in 2023 but not next year”. I checked my current plans formulary for next year and they do cover it! My main problem is this - false information is worse than none at all. My representative was named Jacob. So perhaps you could just look at the 5 start reviews representatives names and ask for them? Honestly this person could have cost me my home. Unacceptable
