Brooklyn Gates, Medicare Advisor, took the time to assist me with an advantage plan. There are many options and plans, so we discussed the options based on my needs. Long story short, my PPO advantage plan with Clover took effect on 1/1/2025 only to learn two of my five monthly medications are not covered! I have to pay full cost of $48.00 for those besides the copay and deductible on the others. I’ve tried contacting her and always to no avail.
She got paid her commission and now I’m out! NOT RIGHT!
